Advertised Job Summary: The Assistant Director for Recruitment is responsible for developing and leading strategic recruitment initiatives designed to attract competitive nonresident students to the university. The Assistant Director provides ongoing training, support, and management for 15-20 regional admissions staff members who are each responsible for a national recruitment territory. As a member of the management team in Undergraduate Admissions, this person will participate in the strategic and tactical decisions for the office. Position requires seasonal travel and some evening and weekend work.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 1 year related experience, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience. Position requires seasonal travel and some evening and weekend work
