The Economics and Business Management Department at Agnes Scott College invites applications for a tenure-track position in Business Management beginning fall 2019. A Ph.D. in management with an emphasis in organizational behavior is preferred. The 3-2 teaching load will include courses in organizational behavior and leadership, and may also include courses reflecting the candidate’s areas of expertise such as human resource management, women/gender in business, international business, business ethics, or negotiations. The person hired for this position will contribute courses to Summit, the college’s leadership development and global learning initiative. The successful candidate will possess college-level teaching experience and a commitment to working with a socially and economically diverse student population.
