Admission Representative/Assistant Director of Admission Programs
Applications are being accepted for the full-time position of Admission Representative/Assistant Director of Admission Programs. These positions will maximize efforts of campus-based admission counselors through comprehensive and on-going data analysis with predictive tools to assist counselors with travel, outreach, mailing and calling efforts. Responsibilities will also include providing leadership for all off-campus event planning for assigned regions and supporting territory through counseling efforts. Willingness to step in if territory manager is unavailable is a must. Title is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably from a private liberal arts college. Work experience in a related field is preferred but not required. Title will be commensurate with professional experience in the field of college admission.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (creating and manipulating pivot tables, vlookup, creating charts and graphs, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge and ability to utilize CRM or ERP software such as Slate or a related higher education software package. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings. Ability to enthusiastically promote the value of a Cornell College liberal arts education to students, their families, and persons and organizations of influence. Communication, organizational, computer skills, and knowledge of private higher education. Ability to communicate effectively, interact professionally, maintain confidentiality in a variety of situations (in writing, in person, and on the telephone). Ability to listen well to others and accept input from team members. Must have valid Iowa Driver's License and be insurable to drive to and from high schools and college programs.
