Applications are being accepted for the full-time position of Director of Enrollment Data Operations and Analysis. This position provides leadership and technical guidance for management of the enrollment administrative applications and pertinent operational functions of the enrollment division. This individual is in charge of admission and enrollment reporting and analysis for recruitment, financial aid, and other enrollment data from pertinent student service areas. Leads efforts for data-informed decisions and is in charge of student database management (CRM) and coordinating technology needs for areas that promote recruitment and enrollment strategies, including web analytics and content maintenance of enrollment websites.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Knowledge of: administrative computer information systems; designing methods of processing data, technical report writing. Experience in admission or related areas preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

Oral and written communication, ability to operate within a collegial institution, database information management, Microsoft Office software. Experience with SQL querying and reporting. Microsoft Reports Services is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively, interact professionally, maintain confidentiality in a variety of situations (in person and on the telephone).
