Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Part time Outreach Assistant - Admissions
- Respond to incoming calls, emails and other inquiries to the college
- Mail catalogs, schedules, and admissions information to prospective and current students.
- Assist in recruitment by conducting outbound calls to targeted populations and explaining the admissions process to applicants
- Process inquiries from prospective students in the college databases and follow up on requests for information. Provide clerical assistance, maintaining logs, files etc.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalency
- One year of experience of office work and/or customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Pursuance or completion of Associates Degree
- Experience in Higher Education environment
