General Summary: The University of North Georgia's Teacher Education Department is seeking applications for a part-time faculty member to teach an undergraduate special education course in the Secondary Education Program. Interested candidates should be available for daytime teaching.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Successful applicants should be able to teach undergraduate level courses, support the goals of a program embedded in a Professional Development Community (PDC) model, and foster preservice teachers' confidence and efficacy in teaching special education students in secondary education settings.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • Master's degrees is required. Doctorate degree preferred, but ABD, and EdS, will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated excellence in 6-12 teaching is essential.
