Duties: The travel reimbursements coordinator in the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Informatics (DBEI) will serve as the primary delegate in the Concur system for all travel-related reimbursements to faculty, staff, students and affiliates of the DBEI, the CCEB, and the IBI. Primary responsibilities are to ensure accurate, timely review and processing of travel reimbursement requests for over 50 faculty members, and 50+ students and staff members, against most fund types, including grants (federal and nonfederal), operating funds, special-purpose funds, gift/ endowment funds, and faculty startup funds.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required and 3 - 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent organizational skills are required. Ability to give instructions, and interpret Penn's policies and procedures in order to take appropriate actions and the ability to communicate with many different levels of faculty and staff, with varying levels of English language skills and understanding of Penn's policies extremely helpful.
