Under the general supervision of a restaurant manager, this position will function and serve as a lead worker of food preparation work, including the production and serving of food; supply and distribution of food and supplies to service areas; and cleaning of assigned work areas for der Rathskeller. The position will oversee, direct and coordinate the work of part time staff.
Schedule will vary based on operational needs.
Sample Schedule would be: Wed-Sun 3pm-11pm
