Job description

Performs both standard and more advanced administrative duties normally under general supervision of Deans/Chairs of depts. Typical duties include performing standard secretarial and/or minor administrative duties, in addition to other specific duties as assigned/required that may include supervision of other support staff, student workers or temporary hires.

The Administrative Associate II for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions performs administrative duties for the management of the Office of Admissions. The Administrative Associate II is responsible for ordering materials and office supplies; establishing the daily schedule and activity roster; maintaining policy and procedures for the office; budget management; and coordinates the Office of Admissions event support functions. The position supports the Director of Admissions in other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties:

Coordinate Daily Activity Roster for Office of Admissions.
Process the Office of Admissions ordering of supplies and recruitment materials.
Serves as the backup liaison between Undergraduate Admissions and the Enrollment Services Call Center for Ticket response and troubleshooting.
Serves as back up support for the Campus Visitation Program.
Assists in maintaining the Office of Admissions budget and provides weekly update reports to the Director of Admissions.
Provide support for the Director of Admissions on projects related to admissions.
Responsible for designated projects within the Office of Admissions as related to identifying target markets; social media; gee- demographics; and campus needs.
Participate in projects that support the enrollment goals of the university.
Coordinate and maintain the High School Counselor Directory.

Minimum Salary: $14.35

Required Qualification:

High School diploma or GED and 3 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the undergraduate admissions process, campus tours, events, and enrollment marketing materials

Experience with Banner, Nolij Web Imaging, CRM technology, Microsoft Office (Excel and SharePoint) is highly desirable.
