Normal Work Schedule:
Willingness to work within a flexible teaching schedule (i.e. day, evening) and at varied sites (i.e. on-campus, off campus) and in distance learning formats.

Provides administrative assistance to the Controller of the college, and respective offices. Performs professional duties in the maintenance of accounting records, the verification and documentation of financial transactions, and the preparation of financial reports. Reviews complex budgetary requests for completeness, verifies estimates, and prepares budgetary summaries of departmental activities. Analyzes, prepares and distributes various financial reports and statements on accounts for internal and external use. Reviews and maintains departmental standard operating procedures to ensure all financial processes are properly documented for cross training and continuity.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree plus 1 yr. related work experience; or, an associate degree 3 yrs. related work experience; or, high school diploma plus 5 yrs. related work experience.
May require travel within the college's service area and possibly to training and/or workshops. May require flexible work hours. Some lifting is required.
