Duties: Provide research, educational and administrative support to assigned BHS faculty: provide high-level editorial assistance, update CVs and biosketches, facilitate human subject payments; Canvas website maintenance; standard to complex document creation; meeting coordination; expense and travel duties; Serve as BHS point person for student and temp hiring; onboard work-study employees using SEMS, work with Nursing departments to coordinate hiring of non-work-study students and temporary employees; assist with processing limited engagement contracts. Coordinates clinical site administration through the CEP system.

Qualifications: BA/BS strongly preferred, with 3-5 years progressively responsible administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities. Excellent customer service orientation essential. This position requires strong initiative and sound judgment with the capacity to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential matters. Solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to compose and edit written documents essential. (Writing samples are required). A systems thinker with a results orientation is needed for success in this role. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level PC skills including all facets of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook) and the ability to effectively utilize the Internet is required. Proficiency with End Notes/Reference Manager. Ability to work autonomously as well as an effective team player. Fast keyboarding needed, at least 50 wpm. Knowledge of University policies and procedures desired.
