Job Summary

Skidmore College's Athletics, Fitness and Recreation department invites applicants for a part-time, regular (9 month) Men's Tennis Assistant Coach Position. Responsibilities will include assisting in daily practice preparation and training, on the court coaching, recruiting prospective student athletes, scouting opponents, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. The assistant will communicate and develop a rapport with student-athletes, faculty and alumni. The position will also include facility home game management and/or equipment room responsibilities during the academic year.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years colligate men's tennis coaching and/or play experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree preferred, Preference given to those candidates with collegiate coaching experience.
