Principal Admin Analyst I

Under general direction of the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships, the Statistics and Research Analyst is responsible for initiating and carrying out research projects that address important research issues in the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships (OFAS). The position responds to ad hoc research requests from OFAS managers and external requesters and synthesizes responses into reports that present findings, conclusions and recommendations. The position is responsible for completion of surveys for the OFAS and verification of accuracy of OFAS survey results derived from external sources, such as the UC Office of the President. The position is responsible for developing student expense budgets, and monitoring their trends and comparability with other similar institutions. The Statistics and Research Analyst develops, conducts and analyzes results of student surveys conducted by the OFAS. The position is responsible for developing and monitoring reports and dashboards that ensure smooth, consistent and compliant operations of the OFAS and works closely with office managers to quickly address anomalies.

Salary: Annual $65,564.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
