Senior Associate Director of Communications

In collaboration with the Office of the Dean and under the general direction of the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications, this primary writing position is responsible for the development and hands-on execution of a communications strategy and creation of content designed to uphold and increase the strong reputation of UCI's Paul Merage School of Business as a world-class business school. Expounding on the School's brand of "Leadership for a Digitally Driven World," this position is tasked with seeking out and telling the inspirational stories of accomplishment of the School's faculty, students, alumni, donors and community business partners in various forms of media including, but not limited to, website content, social media, e-newsletters, public relations/press releases and print media. This position will also contribute superb writing talent to the needs of the Office of the Dean through speechwriting, presentation writing and preparation, donor relations communications, personality-driven social media and podcasting, event management, and accreditation document coordination.

Salary: Annual $85,000.00 - $90,000.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
