Finance Analyst

The Financial Analyst is an integral part of a small but dynamic administrative team who support faculty
research, teaching, and outreach programs within the Department of History. Under general supervision
of the MSO and Department Chair, the incumbent is responsible for the financial and administrative
management of all department financial accounts that include the annual operating budget, faculty
research accounts, program accounts (the UCI History Project, The Journal of Asian Studies, Women and
Social Movement Database and Armenian Studies Program), federal and private contracts and grants, and
extramural funds. The incumbent is responsible for accounting and purchasing functions utilizing the
KFS accounting system and other online systems to maintain accurate records.

Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
