Senior Financial Analyst

Under the direction of the Director of Finance for the Samueli School of Engineering, (SSoE), the Sr. Finance Analyst is responsible for the financial and administrative management of intramural SSoE accounts. Funding sources include state funds, various donors, fellowship funds, block allocations, sales and service income and SSoE foundation and endowment funds. Responsible for monitoring accounts for SSoE administrative units and departments as well as coordinating use of graduate student funding. Conducts complex fiscal analysis, reconciles ledges and independently researches and creates financial reports as requested. Assists in fiscal closing activities, compliance, budget development and coordination of financial operations with other on-and off-campus units. Implements and maintains systems in accordance with University policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary: Monthly $59,623.00 - $70,346.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Must pass DOJ Live Scan Background Check
Must pass all required safety training
Must be available to work additional hours as needed, particularly during heavy workload periods.
Final candidate subject to background check.
