Position Status: Full-Time
Student Technology Fee. The Customer Relationship Analyst provides desktop computer support for hardware, software, peripherals and services across the Windows and Macintosh operating systems, including but not limited to: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, consultation, and training to students, faculty, and staff throughout the University.

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree; possess CompTIA A+ Certification and Network+ Certification within 180 days of employment

Minimum Experience Required:
Three or more years of related work experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; legally authorized to work in the United States; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
Crestron, Extron, CTS certification; some installation and fabrication experience, experience running, terminating, troubleshooting cable, wiring, connectors, and video conferencing.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
