Employer Outreach Coordinator
Performs a variety of professional and administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of a function, program, and/or dept; assists in program planning & development; interpret, monitor, & analyze information regarding operating policies & procedures; administers budgets; & coordinate academic and/or staff personnel matters. Performs professional administrative support duties; not a secretarial position.
Provide strategic, targeted employer outreach based on needs expressed by our Career and Internship Advisors (assigned to each academic college), and the ER team.
Provide assistance to the Employer Events manager (direct supervisor) in support of recruiting employers to participate in events.
Support the offices Job Shadow program, the cultivation of mentoring programs, academic-affiliated employer networking programs, and the exploration of new initiatives.
Communicate to internal teams employer trends, companies relocating to Atlanta, and other industry trends.
Provide orchestration of the site visit program, and work with the advisors to select sites and conduct collaborative visits.
Work with the Associate Director of Data & Systems to identify supply / demand issues in hiring, to identify key growth areas, and to follow-up with targeted companies whose participation has dwindled.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employers interested in recruiting STEM.
Create a communication plan, and enhance our Employer newsletters and outreach efforts.
Serve the employer relations team with other projects, as needed.
Minimum Salary: $18.51

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience OR a High School diploma and 3 years of college coursework and 7 years of related experience OR High School diploma and 10 years.
