Texas Wesleyan University, founded in 1890 in Fort Worth, is a United Methodist institution with a tradition of integrating the liberal arts and sciences with professional and career preparation at the undergraduate level and in selected graduate areas. The University’s School of Business Administration and Professional Programs is currently seeking applicants for a nine-month tenure track Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management in the School of Business Administration and Professional Programs anticipated for Fall 2018. A Ph.D. or DBA in Entrepreneurship from an AACSB International-accredited program is required. ABDs nearing their program completion may also apply. Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence and quality research is required. Experience in entrepreneurial activities is preferred in addition to a teaching/research interest in leadership. The selected individual will have the opportunity to develop courses in Entrepreneurship leading to a major or concentration. The successful candidate will ideally have experience teaching online; an interest in working on an accelerator; conducting research; participating in curriculum/program development and assessment activities; as well as advising undergraduate students.  Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
