The Advisor, Student Accounts, provides technical assistance in the area of student accounts to students and parents. Serves as the primary contact and support for students and families seeking financial aid and student accounts information. Provides customer service regarding financial aid applications, deadlines and awards; student account statements, due dates, payments, refunds and adjustments; payment plans and alternative financing options. Customer service is provided in person, over the phone, via email, and other electronic formats.

• Assists students with finalizing financial registration.
• Reviews and ensures documentation is completed to disburse federal/financial aid.
• Advises students on entrance and exit interviews and other federal loans requirements.
• Educates students and parents in governmental and University policies regarding loans, payment plans and other financial services.
• Conducts analysis of student accounts and control reports to issue overages on a timely basis.
• Responds to student and parent inquiries through the department's email links, written correspondence and telephone.
