The Accounting Assistant performs routine accounting activities. Works under immediate supervision of the Director of Daily Financial Operations.
- Processes accounts payable and travel invoices
- Processes other invoices, as required
- Files and scans AP vouchers, GL Journals, Travel & Expense reports
- Performs other duties, as assigned
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- At least one year of experience in the accounting or related field.
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the accounting field.
- Two or more years of experience in the accounting or related field.
