Job description

Duties: This position serves several roles within the F&A GAAP team to support multiples orgs of the Wharton School. There is a focus on Wharton Computing, Wharton Operations, and WRDS. However, the position is seamless in its support of all orgs of the F&A GAAP team on an as needed basis. This position is responsible for HR and payroll functions which includes on-boarding, managing employees while employed, and processing all separations from the University. The position also performs the procurement function, acts as a delegate in the travel reimbursement process, and maintains internal billing for the facility work order system.

Qualifications: High school diploma and 5-7 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong organizational, and attention to detail skills required. Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment and discretion is required; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, required; Payroll experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with BEN Financials, business Objects/Infoview/WEBI, and Concur Travel & Expense management System desired; Knowledge of University financial policies desired.
