Summary of Duties:
We're seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, skilled employee to join our team as a Human Resource Analyst in Pullman, WA!

The Benefits and Wellness Program Analyst serves as a skilled human resource professional and plays a vital role in evaluating, developing and implementing employee benefits and WSU wellness program strategies to attract and retain WSU faculty and staff. This position will be expected to provide professional level support for Affordable Care Act administration, WSU Employee Wellness program coordination and collaboration, and other employee benefits projects and initiatives, under the direction of the Director for Benefits. Additionally, as part of the benefits team, this position participates in the development and coordination of various benefit education events, benefit related trainings, and developing employee benefits and wellness content for the web. Along with other HRS Benefits professional staff, this position is responsible for ensuring benefit practices are in compliance with state and federal regulations and performs duties utilizing specialized knowledge. Position requires frequent contact with clients, the public, and university staff, faculty and students.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and two (2) years of demonstrated knowledge of general human resource practices. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
