Minimum $42,500 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required. Business majors preferred.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
A minimum of two years of professional experience required. Expereince in an academic or business setting strongly preferred. Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: student services, event management, project management, marketing, communications, website design, and/or management, budget/financial management, database management/record keeping.
Well-qualified candidates will also have:
- Experience working with multiple constituencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A committment to a high level of customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively via distance (e.g. use telephone, Skype, etc.)
License or certificate:
The Center Coordinator designs, develops, and executes processes related to student services, event planning, admissions, marketing and communications, and programming for MBA students. The individual will work with the Academic Directors in managing, coordinating and facilitating the program. This position will support the execution of real-world learning opportunities for MBA students including corporate site visits, hands-on work experience, and student projects. The person in this position must have a strong professional presence with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a superior customer service focus, and should seek ways to improve efficiency, processes, procedures and overall effectiveness of the Center. This person will interact with MBA students, prospective students, alumni, employers, faculty, External Advisory Board members and university administration. This person will represent the Centers and the Wisconsin School of Business at events, committee meetings, conferences, etc. This person will work on a daily basis with the Academic Director and Center students.
