Reporting to the AVP of Enrollment Systems and Registrar, the Enrollment Systems area provides strategic planning and operational oversight of enrollment systems and applications for the Division of Enrollment.

Job Description
The Enrollment Services/Registrar's Office at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an IT Lead Programmer Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

* creating, developing, and implementing complex software systems for the Division of Enrollment that includes but limited to CRM, scheduling, curriculum management, degree audit, Campus Solutions.
* Team lead for programming staff supporting Enrollment Services.
* Performing complex computer programming work.
* Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and assigning of programming projects; coordinating programming projects; analyzing proposed applications; preparing and developing programs; and providing technical assistance.
* Directing and participating in the preparation of detailed analysis of documents, plans, diagrams, and verification procedures for existing and proposed computer applications. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
* Participating in the management team to plan work within the enrollment systems team.

Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree with coursework in computing or information systems and four years of progressively responsible computer programming and analysis experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:

* Advanced knowledge of the methods and equipment used in electronic data processing, including system analysis and design, and computer programming techniques.
* Strong skill in writing programs for computer applications.
* Strong skill in analyzing and solving complex data processing and computing problems.
* Ability to coordinate a work team and train lower level programmers and analysts for specific tasks or assignments.
* Ability to communicate technical and other information to a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

* Experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
* Experience working with Enrollment related business functions at UNT or other institution of higher education.
* Excellent soft skills in working with the campus community and IT teams.
