SCOPE AND FUNCTION:
The Blueprints Implementation Coordinator has the responsibility for traveling to U.S. schools selected by CSPV to implement a Blueprints model program, LifeSkills Training (LST), and gather information on program implementation. The Implementation Coordinator is the primary contact for each school. Job requires good communication, organization, and basic research skills.
1. •Determine the initial and ongoing training/technical assistance needs at the assigned sites and help arrange for and attend teacher training workshops each year.
•Ensure that all training evaluation forms are completed, returned, and data entered. Process all teacher stipends.
•Ensure that orders for Teacher Handbooks and Student Workbooks are placed according to the needs at the site. Check invoices to ensure that billing is correct.
•Hire and train classroom observers for assigned sites and maintain a close liaison with classroom observers, including processing payments.
•Conduct site monitoring visits, at least one to every assigned site, to determine if LST sites are implementing the program with fidelity. Visits include classroom observations and gathering data from key personnel, such as principals, coordinators, and teachers.
•Ensure that teachers and coordinators complete the yearly surveys in a timely manner.
•Data enter and analyze, using SPSS, teacher and coordinator data for end-of-year reports.
•Update Access database with all relevant site information, and maintain communications log with all site contacts.
Write end-of-year feedback report for each site describing the site visits, survey results, outstanding problems and recommendations.
•Maintain a close liaison with the sites, assisting them with any problems they are experiencing and helping to facilitate quality implementation.
•Maintain a close liaison with the Technical Assistance Providers, who have been hired on a contractual basis to provide training and technical assistance services to the LST sites.
Position requires approximately 25% out-of-state travel.
QUALIFICATIONS: BA required, masters preferred
