Position Summary: This Social/Clinical Research Specialist position will organize, conduct, and evaluate multiple health behavior research studies within the BATLab. The range of responsibilities would include but are not limited to: project planning and administration, developing methodology, database development and management, data/information collection and analysis, recruitment and enrollment/retention of study participants, and assistance prepping and planning publications. This position will be responsible for project management of multiple, technology-delivered interventions. Other responsibilities would include intervention content creation, providing guidance and training; responsibility for IRB submissions and responses; creating and maintaining professional working relationships with investigators, sponsors, team members, and others; and, providing consultation related to the specific protocols and regulatory guidance. Duties will also include training/supervision of research assistants, students, and/or temporary employees.

Education Requirements:

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
