Job Duties: ECU School of Dental Medicine is a relatively new dental school and continues to grow in terms of staffing numbers, patient volumes and the enrollment of students and residents. As the school grows, it is necessary to reallocate resources to meet varying demands. This position, in particular, is being transitioned to perform complex functions in 3 critical areas: 1) coordination and oversight of time-keeping systems and processes for SHRA and EHRA staff and faculty. This position handles time/leave (Kronos) for Ross Hall and 8 Community Service Learning Centers (CSLC's). The total employees managed in Kronos is approximately 350. This position will report to the School of Dental Medicine's, HR Manager.
