Usual Duties: Primarily responsible for the operation of residence halls and the daily supervision of resident advisors. To accomplish this responsibility, supervision of staff, efficient administration of the building/complex, and maintenance of an atmosphere conducive to the health, safety and well being of all residents is necessary.

Other Requirements for the Position: Bachelor's degree in related field required prior to start date. Masters degree and one year of experience working in the field of Residence Life would be helpful. Proven management and leadership abilities. Must be willing to live on campus in a residence hall and be willing to work a flexible schedule. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
