Job Responsibilities Include: Recruitment Activities - Design, coordinate, and lead various recruitment activities for undergraduate and graduate programs in the College of Education, including but not limited to information sessions in schools and at conferences, campus visits, open houses, and prospective student events. Recruitment Planning - In collaboration with chairs, program coordinators, faculty committees, and other staff, develop and oversee the College of Education recruitment plan. Collaborate with chairs and coordinators in the development of enrollment and retention targets. Compare enrollment with targets and make recommendation for recruitment strategies. Assessment - Responsible to ensure that activities outlined in the recruitment plan are carried out and assessed for effectiveness. Developing Recruitment Material - Coordinate with the College of Education Office of Communications in the design of printed and electronic recruitment materials. Managing Scholarship Process - Manage the College of Education scholarship selection and awarding process. In coordination with faculty committees and Dean's Office, design and implement application, review, and notification process. Additional Duties - Perform other tasks related to College of Education Academic Affairs as needed and assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree in Student Services or related field and 5 years related experience, or bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience.
