Position Summary: Teach four 3 hour undergraduate human geography courses per semester including world regional, cultural geography and the geography of Europe. In addition, provide service equivalent to 0.2 FTE each semester.

Minimum Preferred Qualifications: The University of Alabama, Department of Geography invites applications for a full-time instructor to begin August 16, 2018. The appointment is for nine months with the possibility of renewal. We are seeking a geographer to teach multiple sections of introductory human geography courses. A Master's degree in geography is required though a Ph.D. is preferred.
