Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to respond to questions, to provide information and to assist employees and retirees with benefits and retirement plan issues as well as to research issues, determine solutions and coordinate/ implement solutions to benefits and retirement plan issues as appropriate.
Responsibilities: Does research in Alight systems, vendor portals and OneUSG Connect HCM on benefits issues and problems, reconciliation issues and transfers. Determines appropriate solutions. Coordinates solutions with Alight, SSC, AON, employee benefits vendors, HR and payroll colleagues etc. Requests additional information from employees/retirees, provides additional direction and informs employees/retirees of status as needed.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
