The Information Technology Department is looking for a Security Access Administrator. This person will be the administrator of user management for all systems including setting up and removing system access for all users maintaining application security and auditing user roles.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
•Process computer access requests and ensures that requests conform to the documented processes.
•Documents all changes to system and users’ security for auditing purposes.
•Maintains Active Directory accounts, group and folder access for all users and service accounts.
•Maintains user accounts and roles in various cloud based systems like Workday, Campus Solutions etc.
•Maintain System Security for ERP systems and other web applications.
•Creates ad hoc reports using Excel, Word, and other tools.
•Ensures that security requests have proper (system owner) approval.
•Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Excellent verbal, written and relationship skills used to interact with a global group of technical and nontechnical people.
•Knowledge of network security and Active Directory group management.
•Excellent analytical and problem solving capability.
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
•Attention to detail is a must.
•Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
•Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
•Knowledge of TSO and RACF mainframe security administration is a plus.
Education Requirements (Essential Requirements):
• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Work Experience Requirements (Essential Requirements):
• At least two years of relevant security administrative or Help desk experience.
