The Manager, Communications assists with communications and marketing for the Division, particularly in digital channels like Web, e-mail, mobile app, social, digital signage, metrics and evaluation, and customer relationship management. The manager coordinates the success of team project and task deliverables across a wide-variety of platforms including Web CMS systems, blogs, static web sites, social networks, digital asset management resources and content delivery networks, file sharing and file transfer services, and project management and customer collaboration networks.

Specific Responsibilities:
•Manages assigned division projects typically associated with enterprise Web and e-mail communications and marketing campaigns.
•Coordinates the integration of web tools like Google Search, Analytics, Tag Manager, form builder, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud with targeted Websites and other products.
•Recommends team management and collaboration approaches that yield the best results.
•Schedules and completes campaign milestones with teams and stakeholders.
•Pitches communications and marketing ideas.
•Presents to executives and University committees regarding the results of assigned digital communications and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Two to five years digital communications management experience.
• Working knowledge of core web development languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other languages and software typical to Web and digital development.
• Two to five years web project management experience: familiarity and fluency working in Agile and waterfall project lifespans.
• Two to five years client relations or communications manager experience.
• Experience executing executive-level presentations during any phase of digital project lifespan (Websites, mobile apps, digital sign projects, etc) from creative pitch to post-mortem evaluation and reporting.
