Senior Finance Analyst

Under general direction of the CAO, incumbent has independent responsibility for analysis, review, direction, and monitoring of all federal contracts and grants, private gifts and grants, set-up funds, and recharge activities. Incumbent is responsible for management of contract & grant operations, including coordination of proposal preparation process, bookkeeping and accounting, purchasing and all related functions. Ensures that Departmental processes conform to University policies and procedures and agency and CAS guidelines. Supervises purchasing team. Designs, develops, and maintains financial databases. Provides staff training of systems of accounting and/or data management systems to support the above operations, and is relied upon to provide high level analysis and recommendation to the CAO regarding all aspects of the financial operations of the unit.

Salary: Monthly $4,968.58 - $6,755.83
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
