Receptionist and test proctoring
Expected Learning Outcomes:
As a result of working in the Academic Services Center the student employee will:
A.Be able to improve the phone with an appropriate greeting, write a clear message or appropriately direct the call.
B.Be able to use BANNER to appropriately schedule a student for an appointment.
C.Be able to proctor different tests properly according to the rules and regulations governing those tests.
D.Be able to make scripted calls for employee reference checks
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Answer phone
•Office skills (filing)
•Assist with division front desk

•Ability to learn the rules related to the different tests
Required Education and/or Work Experience:*Must be a Terra State Community College student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours and have a minimum of 2.0 GPA.
