Primary duties involve greeting event guests, serving food, assisting guests, assist in maintaining backroom, set up and tear down. This position works flexible hours, weekdays/weekends with varying hours, as needed based on event schedule. This is a part-time as needed position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greets guests and provides any assistance to ensure exceptional customer service. This includes paying attention to details.
Serves meals or directs to buffet line. Clears plates promptly. Keeps drinks fresh and filled for customers. Serves dessert.
Assists with dishwashing and trash removal.
Ensures sufficient supplies are readily available. This includes restocking of drink supplies, polishing silverware, preparing table settings for future events, and other condiments as needed.
Maintains backroom including appropriate cleaning.
Sets up and tears down tables and chairs to fit banquet floor plans. Cleans room as appropriate and ensures the facility is ready to go for the next event.
Completes other duties as assigned.

Required Education and/or Work Experience: • High school diploma or GED preferred;
• One to two years related experience and/or training preferred, or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
