Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree in biological or biochemical sciences is required.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in molecular biology including RNA isolation, PCR and related assays, peripheral blood mononuclear cell isolation, immunological assays, blood handling, work with research animals preferred. Additional experience in nonhuman primate research desirable.
License or certificate:
This position will assist in studies of Zika virus pathogenesis during nonhuman primate pregnancy.
