RESEARCH SPECIALIST A
Duties: This is a full time position with varied responsibilities that support and maintain the research in the lab, which includes studies in spatial cognition, language, and aesthetics. The research specialist (RS) will assist with research design and development of research studies, recruit subjects, collect experimental data. The RS will also be involved in constructing experimental stimuli and programming experiments, as well as help with analysis of behavioral and fMRI data. The RS will keep detailed records, maintain the lab web page, communicate with the Institutional Review Board, and support other members of the lab.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 0 to 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required. Knowledge of programming, statistical methods, web design, and experience with psychological and cognitive neuroscience experimental methods is desirable.
