This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs and project support for the school's human resources, facilities and operations, budget and finance, and information technology functions, as directed by the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs. The individual in this position is expected to utilize a
considerable amount of independent action, initiative, and judgment, exercising a high level of administrative, problem solving, and analytical ability. Exceptional organizational skills are needed. The individual must also possess a positive attitude, exercise accuracy, embody professionalism, and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The following duties describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this classification. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties required of personnel so classified.
7:45 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday
This position may involve occasional weekend and evening work.
