Advertised Job Summary: Human Resources Coordinator for the College of Pharmacy will be responsible for providing professional level HR service to the College, to include the various departments within the College. Responsibilities include management and coordination of HR functions including the creation, proper classification and submission of position descriptions. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Works with Deans, Department Chairs, and Assistant Dean for Finance by counseling managers on candidate selection, and ensures coaching, training, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results through EPMS. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops ; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
