The University of Kentucky is seeking an Enterprise Applications Group Team Lead. With a direct reporting relationship to the Director of Core Applications and a dotted reporting relationship to the Associate Provost for Enrollment Management, this position leads the team responsible for support and innovation within the Enterprise Applications Student Lifecycle Management Team. In addition to managing the team of functional and technical development professionals, this person partners with other leaders including Business & Process Owners, Campus Partners, Enterprise Applications Leadership and other units across Information Technology Services to ensure the most effective and efficient use of current tools and resources.

The Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) Team Lead plays a critical role in understanding the SAP-SLCM solution and as such is responsible for the SLCM roadmap, customer support, and ensuring continual product improvement. In addition, the team lead partners with stakeholders and business process owners to understand key initiatives and current issues in order to determine SLCM project and development priorities. Effective communication with key stakeholders and business process owners is critical.

This position has supervisory responsibilities; managing day-to-day operations within the SAP SLCM team; managing employees assigned to the team as well as consulting resources. Employee training is also crucial to the success of the team; and the team lead will formulate and execute a plan for effective knowledge transfer and knowledge share across the team; work with individual team members on development opportunities; and maintain a high level of morale.
