Administrative Specialist Faculty Development and Engagement
Provide administrative support services necessary to carry out the dean's function for the college including, but not limited to, maintaining accurate records, processing departmental mail, maintaining office files, scheduling appointments, entering work orders, and providing basic information about faculty development programming.
Prepare and attend to correspondence, scheduling and reports for the Dean and process all mail for the department.
Assist in developing marketing materials for faculty development sessions and workshops and communicating registration and attendance of events.
Coordinate the logistics of faculty development offerings and meetings.
Provide support, as needed, to faculty in their role as faculty development liaisons.
Compile reports as requested.
Maintain the departmental faculty development library.
Maintain all office files.
Enter, file and follow up on requisitions and monitor budget for division.
Enter and/or verify time sheets and leave reports for faculty and staff.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Three years related administrative assistant or office experience required.
Experience with Windows, MS Word, electronic mail and electronic calendar programs required.
