Office Operations Manager
The Office Operations Manager supports the Provost by directing office operations, managing projects, coordinating committee and operational communication, and managing office budget and finances. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: managing the Provost calendar; preparing event schedules and itineraries; scheduling travel logistics for conferences and meetings; answering correspondence on behalf of the Provost; preparing meeting materials, including executive summaries and background information; greeting and assisting visitors; making executive administrative decisions in a timely manner; keeping the Provost informed; managing and processing pro-card payments; reconciling accounts; ensuring payment documentation is complete; preparing Board of Trustees submissions; keeping meeting minutes; seeking search committee nominations; and providing support to executive search firms on behalf of the Provost.

Required Related Experience
Required License/ Registration/Certification
Extended periods of sitting, repetitive motion, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Typically Monday through Friday; may vary as needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
