The Office of Strategic Planning & Institutional Effectiveness (OSPIE) is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I to provide support and coordination to members of the OSPIE team in fulfilling the mission and goals of the office. The mission of OSPIE is to oversee campus-wide institutional effectiveness and strategic planning activities, including periodic reviews, annual assessment of academic and administrative units, and compliance with SACSCOC and the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE).

Specific responsibilities of the position including:

• Communication to faculty/staff regarding policies and procedures and training/development opportunities.

• Facilitate training to faculty/staff regarding policies, procedures, and software systems. This may include individual meetings, development of materials, and scheduling of classroom sessions.

• Monitor submissions and provide secondary reviews of annual assessment reports.

• Prepare, administer, and generate reports on OSPIE surveys.

• Data entry and reporting using software systems.

• Troubleshoot issues with software systems and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve.

• Develop and update OSPIE website content.

• Administrative support for OSPIE team members including: scheduling, minutes, travel arrangements, purchasing, and managing the Assistant Provost's calendar.
