Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required. Data Science, Medical Informatics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
2 years of database and/or data warehouse development and maintenance experience required. Experience with QlikSense/QlikView or comparable data visualization tool like Tableau is required. Experience with database design (Oracle and SQL) programming are required. PHP programming experience is preferred. Experience with ETL tools such as Toad Data Point and Informatica is preferred. Experience with a wide variety of types of data validation, distribution, communication and visualization preferred.
License or certificate:
Develop and maintain multiple relational database systems and serve as administrator and subject matter expert for Qlik tools to meet the data and analytics needs of the School of Medicine and Public Health. Reports to the Manager of Application Development within the School of Medicine and Public Health.
