Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

Supports our management of contracts and procurement. Work closely with Legal and Procurement to ensure adherence to state procurement laws, SC code of laws, and USC contract policies. Manage and perform procurement needs which involves conducting research and investigation.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 3 years professional accounting experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and state procurement. Ability to implement and update business processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
