Corporate Account Representative
The Corporate Account Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and semester sales targets for inquiries and new clients. They will contribute to a dynamic sales environment and contribute to driving revenue growth through the relationships that they build with prospective companies and individuals.
Meet and exceed sales and inquiry targets for the week, month, and semester. This includes both corporate accounts and individuals seeking training.
Manage, visit, and service assigned clients and lists of existing accounts as needed.
Facilitate and assist with developing long-term agreements with companies as part of the initial sale.
Through an in-depth needs assessment, identify the training required for a company or individual and outline a plan of success to be delivered by the college.
Call and contact all inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a smooth transition to complete the sales cycle.
Create brand awareness and demonstrate a high level of product knowledge in presentations to prospective companies and individual students.
Work closely with Marketing and Communications to design future collateral based on client and customer feedback and identify and pursue development of a new market or opportunities.
Utilize a cost modeling process to provide a positive cash flow (netting a revenue surplus) for the College in each and every program or service delivered.
Work with the Operations staff to oversee the procurement of training materials and ensure all paperwork is in place to complete the invoicing process for services provided.
Provide support to the Corporate Sales Manager to build a collaborative team in addition to a portfolio of services that exceed client expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Sales Manager

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field required.
Three years sales experience in outside sales required.
Must have business acumen, critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary software (i.e. Salesforce, or similar).
