Advertised Job Summary: To support, plan, manage, coordinate, and perform the complex administrative and business management activities associated with the USC Central Facilities, this includes a primary focus on the USC Columbia Campus, as well as, assets across the USC System. This position will function as the Chief Business Officer of USC facilities directly reporting to a USC Vice President for Facilities and Transportation.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): A bachelor's degree in accounting, management, finance, business administration or related field and a minimum of nine (9) years of experience with a significant portion in higher education or state government administration at management level; or a Master's degree in accounting, management, finance, business administration or related field, and at least seven (7) years of experience working in managerial accounting & administration, or facilities financial management, or higher education or state government administration. Experience managing and monitoring multi-million-dollar annual budgets and managing general ledger and accounting systems. Driver's license required.
