Oversee all aspects of customer relations for biomedical support services at client sites in designated region. The activities include client marketing, contract preparations, quality improvement initiatives, staff management and occasional client support.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associates degree in biomedical technology or related field with five years experience servicing broad range of medical instrumentation required. Effective customer service, communication, supervisory, and computer skills required. Valid driver's license or ability to obtain and driver's check may be required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience as a staff supervisor in a biomedical technology area highly desirable.
